In today's automotive landscape, ensuring the security and reliability of embedded software is critical. With the adoption of Automotive Grade Linux, developers are leveraging modern operating systems for infotainment systems, instrument clusters and beyond. However, managing dependencies and identifying vulnerabilities remains a significant challenge.

This talk highlights how SBOMs and CVEs are generated in Automotive Grade Linux stable release and what upstream changes will come in future releases.
